- 1 package (9.5 ounce) <a href="http://www.campbellskitchen.com/">Pepperidge Farm® Mozzarella Monterey Jack Texas Toast</a>, prepared according to package directions
- 6 Tbsp refried beans
- sour cream
- chopped green onion
- <a href="http://www.campbellskitchen.com/">Pace® Chunky Salsa</a>
1. Keep the oven at 425°F. Leave the toasts on the baking sheet. Spread 1 tablespoon beans on each toast.
2. Bake for 2 minutes or until the beans are hot. Top with the sour cream, onion and salsa.
