Bacon and Chive Cream Cheese 'Schmear' and Bagels

I absolutely love whipping up this 'schmear' to spread on hot toasted bagels in the morning, or even to serve as a great dip/appetizer for brunch or dinner.  You can make this several days in advance, keeping it in the fridge for whenever hunger strikes!

Ingredients

  • 1 8-oz. package cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup cooked crumbled bacon
  • 1/2 cup sliced chives
  • 1 dash Worcestershire
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp fresh cracked pepper
  • 6 pre-sliced Cobblestone Bread Co. Bagels

Directions

  1. Mix together the first 8 ingredients until thoroughly combined.
  2. Toast bagels, schmear with cream cheese mixture, serve.
