Asian Pear, Almond and Blue Cheese Salad

Asian pears and toasted almonds make the best salads. There's something about crunchy bits and juicy sweetness mixing with vinaigrette and salty blue cheese. Seriously.
- 3 Tbsp toasted sliced almonds
- 4 Tbsp blue cheese crumbles
- 1 Asian pear, diced
- 2 handfuls arugula
- 3 Tbsp balsamic vinaigrette
- 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 0.125 tsp peppper
- 0.125 tsp salt
- 2 tsp grainy mustard
- 8 Tbsp olive oil
- Combine all ingredients in a small mason jar and shake until combined. Toss with salad and serve.
