Asian Balsamic Vinaigrette
- 0.67 cup Swanson® Natural Goodness® Chicken Broth
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 0.25 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 medium green onion, chopped (about 2 tablespoons)
- 2 tsp Dijon-style mustard
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger root
Beat the broth, oil, vinegar, onion, mustard and ginger root in a small bowl with a fork or whisk until blended.
Serving Suggestion: Serve the dressing with mixed salad greens, grilled chicken or fish.
