Apple Pie Smoothie

This smoothie tastes just like apple pie a la mode, but is much healthier for you!

Ingredients

  • 1 apple, sliced
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 11/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 dates, pitted
  • 2 tbsp pecans or walnuts
  • dash cinnamon
  • dash nutmeg
  • additional add-ins: ground flax seeds or chia seeds

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until creamy!
