- 1 Irish whiskey (everyone has their favorite brand!)
- 11/2 oz brown sugar (you can also use granulated sugar)
- boiling water
- a slice of lemon studded with cloves
Put a teaspoon into a glass and rinse the glass well with hot water. This heats the glass and the teaspoon prevents the glass from cracking. Pour the whiskey into the hot glass, add the sugar and boiling water, stir until the sugar is dissolved, then add the lemon studded with the cloves and enjoy!
