- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup milk
- 6 eggs
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Pour the melted butter in a 9 x 13 inch baking pan. In a blender, combine the eggs, milk, flour, salt, and vanilla. Blend until well combined, scraping the sides as needed. Pour the mixture into the pan and bake for 20 minutes or until sides are puffed and golden.
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp butter, melted
- 4 peaches, halved and pitted
- Buttermilk syrup, for serving
- Place the peaches cut side up on a baking sheet and lightly brush them with the melted butter. Spread the brown sugar evenly over the peaches then sprinkle lightly with cinnamon.
