2-Step Creamy Chicken & Pasta
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 boneless chicken breast half (about 1 pound), cut into 1-inch pieces
- 16 Ounce 1 bag (16 ounces) frozen vegetable pasta blend
- 1 Can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
- 0.5 cup water
Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until well browned, stirring often.
Stir the vegetable pasta blend, soup and water in the skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
Easy Substitution: Also delicious with Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken or Cream of Celery Soup.
