2-Step Creamy Chicken & Pasta


  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 boneless chicken breast half (about 1 pound), cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 16 oz 1 bag (16 ounces) frozen vegetable pasta blend
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
  • 1/2 cup water


Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat.  Add the chicken and cook until well browned, stirring often.

Stir the vegetable pasta blend, soup and water in the skillet and heat to a boil.  Reduce the heat to low.  Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.

Easy Substitution: Also delicious with Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken or Cream of Celery Soup.
