15-Minute Herbed Chicken
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
- 1 Can Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken with Herbs Soup
- 0.5 cup milk
- broth simmered rice
HEAT oil in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned.
ADD soup and milk. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or until done. Serve with Broth Simmered Rice.
TIP: Broth Simmered Rice: Heat 1 can Campbell's® Condensed Chicken Broth and 1 cup water to a boil. Stir in 2 cups uncooked Minute® White Rice. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 min. Fluff with fork.
