This Chocolate Hazelnut Brownies recipe takes 10 minutes of prep time and a total of 45 minutes and makes nine servings. You will need:

  • 1 (13-ounce) jar (about 1¼ cups) chocolate-hazelnut spread, such as Nutella

  • 2 eggs

  • ¼ cup water

  • ⅔ cup all-purpose flour

  • ¾ tsp. kosher salt

  • powdered sugar (optional)

First, preheat your oven to 350°. Line an eight inch-square baking pan with foil.

In a large bowl, whisk together your wet ingredients: the chocolate-hazelnut spread, eggs and ¼ cup water. Then, stir in your dry ingredients: flour and salt. Once combined, transfer the batter into the foil-lined pan.

Bake the brownies for 20 to 25 minutes, or until they are just set around the edges. Let them cool completely before cutting them into squares. Using foil means easy clean-up; the brownies will pop right out of the pan! For pretty presentation, try sprinkling powdered sugar on top.
