Bad News About Wine and Chocolate

A new study has found that resveratrol, a compound found in red wine and chocolate, may not have any affect on cancer, cardiovascular disease or inflammation. Scientists have been touting the benefits of red wine and chocolate for years and now it seems like resveratrol might not be the miracle compound everyone once thought.

The restaurant was horrified and the student lashed out on the Internet. Some commenters called her a "national disgrace," but don't worry she apologized to the restaurant, who then kindly told her to come back when she learned to like sushi!

Due to its uncooked state, many states consider it a grocery item, but others are wondering whether it should be tax-free. This is a significant problem because certain states have different tax codes and people on food stamps may only purchase food that isn't taxed.
