This morning, cooking expert Martha Stewart hit the set of the Today Show and took some time out of her busy schedule to teach Matt Lauer the art of Chicken Fricassee, a French chicken stew that is typically served over rice, buttered egg noodles or mashed potatoes.

Across town, Clinton Kelly took over the kitchen at Good Morning America to introduce his Emmy-approved Mini Twice Baked Couch Potatoes, which take between 30 and 60 minutes to prepare.
