2 Tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp gluten-free baking powder
1/2 tsp fine salt
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 sticks butter
3/4 cup plain granulated sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
3 cup rolled oats
3/4 cup golden raisins
3/4 cup chocolate chips
