John McDonald is no stranger to great restaurant food. His ventures include Lure Fishbar, Burger & Barrel and El Toro Blanco, and this month, he added Bowery Meat Company to that list.

He and his partner Josh Capon just opened the restaurant in New York City, where they're serving up a bountiful selection of meats in addition to fish, pasta and fresh market side dishes. While bouncing around checking on his restaurants, John gets a great glimpse at all of the food coming out of the kitchen, which he frequently shares on his Instagram account.
