Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux: Blue Hill

Blue Hill, the critically acclaimed farm-to-table restaurant in New York’s quaint and romantic Greenwich Village, is a favorite among those who like their food refined but down-to-earth. Housed in a historic brownstone, it’s a low-key spot where the menu takes center stage, making its intimate dining room a charming date destination for paparazzi-shy celebrities like Jennifer Aniston and fiancé Justin Theroux – who reportedly got engaged at the restaurant!

Barack and Michelle Obama: Spiaggia

They don’t make it back to Chicago too often, but when President Barack and First Lady Michelle Obama get home for a special occasion like Valentine’s Day, they head straight to Spiaggia on the city’s Magnificent Mile. The room’s sweeping Lake Michigan views add to the romance, and the President’s favorite wood-fired scallops no doubt warm things up too.

Victoria and David Beckham: The Fat Cow

International hottie (oh yeah, and soccer superstar) David Beckham has long talked about opening a restaurant with his British pal and master chef Gordon Ramsay. While that plan still hasn’t come to fruition, Becks and his equally stunning wife show their support by hitting up Ramsay’s Los Angeles farmhouse-chic spot The Fat Cow. Victoria’s even tweeted pictures of herself wearing a Fat Cow t-shirt – no word on whether she take a cookie milk ice cream sundae home to Brooklyn, Romeo and Harper.

Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively: Casa Vega

She swears she likes to spend her spare moments at home baking cupcakes, but Blake Lively has a spicy side. And when she wants to salsa, Blake shakes her maracas over to Los Angeles restaurant Casa Vega, where she and new husband Ryan Reynolds have been spotted singing along to the house mariachi band. They’re not the only celebrities to frequent the spot: Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis, and Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green love it there too.

Jay-Z and Beyonce: The Spotted Pig

Since he’s an investor at the perpetually packed New York gastropub, it’s not surprising that Jay-Z and Beyoncé head over to The Spotted Pig in Greenwich Village for the restaurant’s famous burgers topped with Roquefort cheese and a pile of shoestring fries. Never spotted them in the tiny dining room? That’s because they’re usually holding court (and sometimes playing Jenga) on the private third floor. Hey, being an investor has its perks.

Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert: Marix Tex Mex

When he’s in Los Angeles to tape episodes of The Voice, scruffy smooth-talker Blake Shelton finds a way to reconnect with his wife, fellow country superstar Miranda Lambert: they head over to West Hollywood tex-mex eatery Marix for Taco Tuesdays. It’s a down-home hang for the couple who, by Miranda’s own admission, “won’t go more than two weeks without seeing each other."

Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin: La Fondita

She hangs out with foodie royalty like Mario Batali and, as a best-selling cookbook author, can hold her own in the kitchen – but when GOOP maven Gwyneth Paltrow doesn’t feel like cooking, she and rock star husband Chris Martin head to the adorably appointed Hamptons surf shack La Fondita for shrimp tacos and a brewski or two. Nothing like the simple pleasures: spicy tacos, cold beer, a hot husband and sand between your toes, eh, Gwynnie?
