How to Make Brownie Ice Cream Sandwiches

Just bake brownies from a package as you ordinarily would, but make two batches. Then, instead of slicing up the finished brownies, top one big un-cut brownie from the pan with ice cream, and sandwich the other brownie on top before freezing.
