Cutlery Changes The Way We Taste Food


A study published today in the online journal Flavour provides evidence that the different properties of cutlery can change the way we perceive the taste of food.

Researchers altered factors like the weight, size, color and shape of the cutlery and found that each of these properties influenced the participant's perception of the food's taste, density or monetary value.
