Julie Deily of The Little Kitchen created a beautiful spin on a classic caprese salad. She grills zucchini and pairs it with fresh mozzarella, tomato, basil and a balsamic glaze for a tasty summer sandwich version of the salad—and it's so easy, it's ready in under 20 minutes!
