Quick Asian Bowl

Start with ¾ cup cooked brown rice and add about ½ cup each: steamed mix veggies, cooked and shelled edamame, cooked cocktail shrimp. Finish with a light drizzle of each: lower-sodium soy sauce, seasoned rice wine vinegar, sesame oil.

Superfoods Burrito

Start with one (8-inch) 100% whole grain tortilla and add about ¼ cup each: black beans, corn, plain Greek yogurt, salsa, avocado, and chopped cilantro. Heat in the microwave, if desired.

Start with 1 cup cooked quinoa and add one (3-oz) can salmon and about ¼ cup each: crumbled feta cheese, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, and jarred roasted red peppers. Finish with a light drizzle of light Italian dressing.
