6 Ways You're Eating Breakfast Wrong

Many people tout the importance of breakfast, and it's considered by many to be the most important meal of the day. So why not strive to make it as perfect as possible? These six hacks will greatly improve many of your morning breakfast rituals by making dishes like pancakes and omelettes so much easier to make.

Spooning pancake batter from a bowl on to a hot pan can often make a mess. This common method can even yield oddly shaped pancakes. Instead, try storing pancake batter in a ketchup bottle. Squeezing the batter out of the bottle helps to eliminate mess and even gives the pancakes a better shape. If you enjoy bacon with your pancakes, it's likely that you fry that separately. However, you may want to change that. Mixing up pancake batter with bacon can make for a delicious, savory breakfast treat!

Omelettes are a great option for breakfast, but it's easy to quickly ruin their shape if you aren't careful. To avoid disfiguring your omelette, try making it in a panini press. Yes, a panini press! Coat the machine well with cooking spray. Then, add your choice of vegetables and pour the egg mixture over them. Close the press and let them cook. After a bit, open up the panini press and fold the omelette with a spatula. If you'd like to add cheese, then sprinkle some of your favorite on top and let it melt before serving!

Still not impressed? Try transforming biscuits into doughnuts! Take a package of biscuit dough and poke holes in the biscuits. Then fry them up and add cinnamon sugar for a sweet treat.
