Honestly we can't imagine a better it's-almost-the-weekend treat than a frozen delight, be it a popsicle, ice cream sandwich or smoothie. Particularly this time of year, when it can get so friggin' hot out there.

The only problem: Indulgences like a regular old 12-ounce chocolate milkshake can really pack on the calories. Like about 560 of them (and a whopping 26 grams of fat!).

But never fear! There are so many craveable freezer desserts out there that aren't diet wreckers. We've identified a dozen, in fact, that you can start noshing on tonight. And each one, be it a grocery store find or a DIY recipe, is under 150 calories per serving. Because, really, it's hot enough outside. You don't need to be sweating your waistline.

So go ahead: treat yourself!
