At an early age, Fabio Viviani became passionate about food. Too young to actually join the staff of a bakery, he choose to work nights to get into the world of food. Fabio received training in Italian and Mediterranean cuisine and has both owned and operated five restaurants in Florence, Italy. The busy chef is probably best known for appearing on Top Chef in 2008, becoming the "Fan Favorite." Even if you were his biggest fan on the show, there is still much more you likely don't know about the chef.
