For those who haven't had their lives changed by the meal, paella is a traditional Spanish rice dish that consists of seafood or other meat, vegetables and an aromatic array of spices. For an exotic dinner, give this Spanish Seafood Paella a shot. You won't regret it!

Ingredients
3 cup water
1 cup dry white wine
1 tsp saffron threads
2 cup clam juice
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
1 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 large garlic cloves, minced
1 Tbsp olvie oil
1 tsp dried tarragon
1 lb monkfish fillets
16 jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped bell pepper
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 cup canned tomatoes
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
1 tsp paprika
3 minced garlic cloves
3 cup uncooked arborio rice
1 cup frozen green peas
16 littleneck clams
1 jar sliced pimento
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
