If you're curious to know what Flo does to stay so strong, you should know she's a big fan of yoga. In a previous IG post, Florence shared a picture of her yoga mat next to a kettlebell, her dog, and...a chicken. “I was ambushed,” she wrote. “Houdini, Albert, and Flo tried working out together..🌼🌞.”

Florence goes above and beyond in her movie roles by doing her own stunts. Think: Black Widow and all her other Marvel movies. “I really enjoy stunts,” she told Glamour UK. “I wanted to do as many stunts, so straight away, I learnt kickboxing and knife training.”

Back in 2019, Florence took on CrossFit for six weeks to play WWE Diva Paige, in Fighting with My Family. “For me, the most interesting thing at the beginning was learning what’s a good position and what’s a bad position," she told the CrossFit blog. "Obviously, that is what wrestling is all about. You need to move the correct way in order to keep yourself safe and the person you’re wrestling safe.”

She added that the sessions were typically difficult and required her to push herself. But by the end of her training, she felt more in tune with her body and in a strong mental headspace, per CrossFit.

As for her diet, Flo is all about loading up on nutritious meals. “We have to be eating good,” she told Glamour. “I'm someone that my whole day is based around lunch, dinner, what I'm gonna cook, what I'm gonna eat."

During her appearance on Harper's BAZAAR's "Food Diaries," she revealed that she's a big fan of breakfast. If she's working on a film, she'll have two boiled eggs and a black coffee. But on her off days, she'll opt for a piece of sourdough bread with two fried eggs topped with heated and seasoned cherry tomatoes.

In the afternoon, she'll do a salad or a protein, banana, and spinach smoothie. For dinner, she's a big fan of her dad's roast chicken with potatoes and veggies. And for snacks, Florence loves cheese boards.

Keep crushing it, Flo!
