After presenting together at Sunday's Academy Awards, Florence Pugh and Andrew Garfield are set to bring their chemistry to the big screen.

The pair, who set social media alight when they presented the Best Screenplay Oscar, are due to star in a new romantic comedy titled We Live In Time.

While plot details are being kept under wraps, Deadline describes the film as "a funny, deeply moving and immersive love story". The film is set to shoot later this year.

Pugh will be seen later this month in drama A Good Person, which was written and directed by her former boyfriend, Scrubs star Zach Braff.

A Good Person stars Pugh as Allison whose world falls apart when she survives a car accident that kills her future sister-in-law. While in recovery for opioid addiction, she forms a friendship with her would-be father-in-law Daniel (Morgan Freeman).

The film also stars Celeste O'Connor, Molly Shannon, Toby Onwumere and Zoe Lister-Jones. Its first trailer was released in December.

Speaking about Pugh's performance in the film, Braff previously said: "I know I'm biased, but it's the most miraculous thing you will ever see. I'm not overselling it. It's a dramedy. It's her going toe-to-toe with Morgan Freeman. You haven't seen Morgan like this in years.

"I know that anything Florence does is incredible. People say she's maybe the best actress of her generation. I think she's one of the best actresses working. This performance she gives is unbelievable."

We Live In Time is yet to receive a release window.
