Flash flood warning issued in Fresno County. Here are the towns at greatest risk

A swift-water team from the Tulare County Sheriff’s Department rescued a man whose pickup was swept into a water-filled culvert after he tried to cross a flooded roadway on Sunday, March 12, 2023.

A flash flood warning for multiple cities in Fresno County was issued by the National Weather Service in Hanford, following a sudden, intense rainstorm Sunday evening.

The weather service emphasized the warning was for Kerman, Easton and Calwa.

Residents were warned to move to higher ground, and avoid driving or walking through flood waters.
