The American Horror Story spin-off series has unveiled the first look at its Halloween miniseries.
The Ryan Murphy-produced horror anthology series will be back for four spooky episodes just in time for All Hallows Eve later this month — with each episode getting its own unique storyline.
In a freaky teaser, American Horror Stories invites viewers to "feed your fears" with grotesque imagery like a zombie shooting its snake-like tongue at the camera and a tentacled creature in a test tube.
It was previously reported that former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Lisa Rinna will be making her small-screen return in an American Horror Stories episode called 'Tapeworm'.
Little else is known about the four episodes in this miniseries, which is being produced for the US streaming service Hulu's annual Huluween event.
In the past two seasons, American Horror Stories has used its anthology format to tell stomach-churning stories about doomed house-flippers in the infamous Murder House, a demonic fertility clinic and the legend of Bloody Mary.
The series has attracted some impressive casts, too — including AHS veterans like Matt Bomer, Denis O'Hare and Billie Lourd, as well as newcomers Alicia Silverstone and Quvenzhané Wallis.
The new season of American Horror Stories will premiere all four episodes on Hulu on October 26, 2023. This miniseries doesn't yet have an air date in the UK, but it has aired on Disney+ in previous years.
The main show is in the middle of its 12th season, titled American Horror Story: Delicate, starring Emma Roberts and Kim Kardashian.
This season — which also features AHS favourites Lourd, Zachary Quinto and Leslie Grossman — revolves around a Hollywood starlet (Roberts) whose pursuit of motherhood may have sinister implications.
American Horror Story: Delicate airs on FX in the US and Disney+ in the UK, where seasons 1-9 are also available to buy on Prime Video.
