Before Free Practice 3 of the Dutch Grand Prix weekend, two Showteam Performances were scheduled; a team of freestyle motocross riders was set to do ramp and roulette jumps. When one unknown rider went to land a trick, he lost control of his bike and crashed into the downramp.

The rider let go of his handlebars mid-flip in a controlled stunt but failed to grab them and instead flew over his bike, colliding with the ramp and skidding across the tarmac.

A fan attending the 2024 Dutch Grand Prix at Zandvoort captured the moment when a stunt rider missed the landing.

Per the Dutch Grand Prix program schedule, the FMX show was being done in tandem with a performance of STUN!, a Lithuania-based act comprised of three stunt bikes and a drift car.

Medics were quickly on the scene as they tended to the injured rider, who appeared conscious after the initial hit. A privacy screen was placed around the rider while he was treated at the screen and transported into an ambulance.

The Dutch Grand Prix X account replied to the fan video to let the public know that the stunt motorcyclist is in "the good hands of our healthcare professionals."

The severity of his injuries is still currently unknown; this article will be updated as news is released.
