These Are the Most Popular Film Locations for Travelers Right Now

Set-Jetting

One of the biggest travel trends this year is called "set-jetting," where travelers visit the locations of popular movies and TV shows. The travel agency Planet Cruise looked into the best locations for "set-jetting" in 2023. The site based its research on the most talked about films and shows trending on TikTok. Here are the 10 hottest movie and show locations to visit.

No. 10: Manhattan

Number of hashtags: 29 million

"Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse" is animated, but it's set in New York City. Tourists and comic book enthusiasts may enjoy visiting the real life location, which is a little more in reach than some of the other locales on this list.

No. 9: Iceland

Number of hashtags: 32.2 million

The infamous game has been adapted into the film "Dungeons and Dragons Honor: Among Thieves" and much of it was shot in Iceland. Look for the movie, starring Chris Pine, this spring.
