'Jurassic Park' became a massive blockbuster when it was released on June 11, 1993. The film, based on Michael Crichton's book, kicked off the 'Jurassic Park' franchise. 'Jurassic Park' was directed by Steven Spielberg and earned $912 million in its original theatrical run. The film follows a paleontologist, scientists, and two kids who have to survive when a power failure causes a theme park's cloned dinosaurs to be able to run loose.
Laura Dern, 54, played Dr. Ellie Sattler in the 1993 film and reprised the role in the 2001 sequel. She notably played Amy in the series 'Enlightened.' She received an Oscar nomination for her performance in the movie 'Wild' in 2014. She won an Emmy and Golden Globe for her role in 'Big Little Lies.' She won her first Oscar for her performance in 'Marriage Story.' Her other major movies include 'Star Wars: The Last Jedi,' 'Little Women,' and more. She will return to the role of Ellie Sattler in the upcoming 2022 film 'Jurassic World: Dominion.'
Sam Neill, 73, starred as Dr. Alan Grant in 'Jurassic Park.' He reprised the role in the 2001 film 'Jurassic Park III.' In addition to TV, Sam has also had notable roles on 'The Tudors,' 'Peaky Blinders,' and more. He's voiced roles on 'The Simpsons,' 'Rick and Morty,' and 'Peter Rabbit.' He is set to return to the role of Dr. Alan Grant in 'Jurassic World: Dominion,' which will be released in 2022.
Jeff Goldblum, 68, starred as Dr. Ian Malcolm in 'Jurassic Park.' He returned for the 1997 sequel alongside Julianne Moore. He once again returned to the role in the 2018 film 'Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom.' Jeff has also starred in hit films like 'Independence Day,' 'The Grand Budapest Hotel,' 'Thor: Ragnarok,' and more. In 2019, he starred in the Disney+ series 'The World According to Jeff Goldblum.' He will return as the Grandmaster in the upcoming 'Thor: Love & Thunder' and Dr. Ian Malcolm in 'Jurassic World: Dominion.' He married Olympic gymnast Emilie Livingston in 2014. They have two children together.

Joseph Mazzello, 37, was just 9 years old when he starred as Tim Murphy in 'Jurassic Park.' He went on to play Dustin Moskovitz in the 2010 hit film 'The Social Network.' He also starred in the miniseries 'The Pacific.' His other notable roles include Mouse in 'G.I. Joe: Retaliation' and John Deacon in 'Bohemian Rhapsody.'

Ariana Richards, 41, was 12 years old when she played Lex Murphy in the 1993 film 'Jurassic Park.' She made a cameo appearance in the 1997 sequel 'The Lost World: Jurassic Park.' She guest starred in an episode of 'Boy Meets World' in 1996. Her last film role was in the 2013 movie 'Battledogs.' Ariana is now a successful visual artist.
