FedEx driver who said he wouldn’t deliver to homes with BLM flags is fired after posting TikTok video

A FedEx driver has been fired after posting a profanity-laden TikTok video saying that he would not deliver packages to homes with Black Lives Matter flags, or paraphernalia showing support for President Biden or Vice President Kamala Harris.

“What’s up TikTok. Just wanted to come on here and let all you know if you have a Joe Biden, Kamala f-----g camel toe [flag] posted up in front of your house — Black Lives Matter [flag], I will not deliver your s--t,” Vincent Paterno said.

“I will bring that back to the station and I will keep doing that s--t. Have a good day.”

The 36-second clip was posted on Sept. 16 and features Paterno wearing his full FedEx uniform. He appeared to be filming from inside the delivery truck.

The video has since been viewed over 110,000 times and has received more than 5,000 likes.

“We are appealed by the behavior depicted in this video, which does not reflect the views of FedEx,” the company said in a statement to USA Today. “This individual is no longer providing service on behalf of the company.”

Paterno, seeking to preserve his image, posted a follow-up TikTok video in response to the reports of his firing and refuting those claims.

“I didn’t know I could get fired when I didn’t work there anymore,” he said.
