FBI Renewed for 3 More Seasons — FBI: Most Wanted and FBI: International Also Renewed

CBS continues to prize #TheFBIs.

TVLine has learned that the Eye Network has renewed its Tuesday-night trifecta for the 2024-25 TV season.

The original FBI, in fact, has been picked up for another three seasons — through spring 2027 — while FBI: International is renewed for Season 4 and FBI: Most Wanted is renewed for Season 6.

The network on Tuesday also announced renewals for fellow procedural NCIS (Season 22) and sitcom The Neighborhood (Season 7). TVLine’s Renewal/Cancellation Scorecard has thusly been updated.

Season-to-date, FBI is averaging 9.1 million total viewers (in Live+7), making it Tuesday’s No. 1 series and TV’s third-most watched drama (trailing only CBS’ own Tracker and NCIS). Most Wanted and International meanwhile are respectively averaging 7.4 million and 7.2 million viewers, ranking second and third in total audience each Tuesday night.

The three FBI shows are veritably steady versus their previous seasons’ Live+7 numbers, and they all are in fact up a tick year-over-year when looking at their Live+35 tallies.

“The All-FBI Tuesday is a powerful force to be reckoned with on our primetime schedule,” CBS Entertainment chief Amy Reisenbach said in a statement. “Dick Wolf and the talent in front of and behind the camera on all three series continue to deliver top-notch storytelling, riveting action and intrigue that has captivated a dedicated fanbase steadily across multiple seasons. We are excited to see what next season holds for all these heroic characters.”

Added prolific producer Wolf — who last month saw five of his six NBC procedurals renewed — “Obviously, I’m thrilled by the pickups. We are all extremely grateful to [CBS CEO] George [Cheeks] and Amy [Reisenbach] and their entire team.”

CBS had previously renewed for the 2024-25 TV season Ghosts (for Season 4), Fire Country (for Season 3), and NCIS: Sydney and Tracker (both for Season 2).

Young Sheldon, Bob Hearts Abishola and S.W.A.T. are currently unspooling their farewell runs, while Blue Bloods is airing the first half of a final season that will conclude in the fall.

On the scripted side, that leaves the fates of NCIS: Hawai’i, The Equalizer, So Help Me Todd, CSI: Vegas and midseason newbie Elsbeth still TBD.
