Listed by cuisine, here's a list of food trucks in Fayetteville, Hope Mills, Spring Lake and Falcon. These mobile purveyors serve international flavors, from top-notch tacos and turkey barbecue to pad Thai and po' boys.

These food trucks are licensed by the Cumberland County Health Department and were confirmed by The Fayetteville Observer to still operate in the county as of Oct. 27.
