Fans Gush Over Photo of Simon Cowell's Son Following in His Footsteps

Simon Cowell fans are thrilled to see a photo of his son, Eric, seemingly set to follow in his famous father's footsteps.

Though the young boy is just 10 years old, having celebrated his birthday this past Valentine's Day on Feb. 14, he looked to be totally in tune with his dad as they conversed while the America's Got Talent judge was on set.

In the capture, Eric had his back toward the camera, facing Simon, as another young boy had his hands perched upon the TV personality's shoulder.

"Meet the new judges of Got Talent 2033," Cowell quipped in the social media upload's caption, effectively getting viewers of the show excited for the future.

Fans couldn't wait to jump into the comment section with their reactions to the sweet snap.

"Cuteness!! Are you training them on what to look for? 🧐" one asked, while another noticed, "Fatherhood has certainly 'mellowed' Simon… it’s a great 'look' on him!"

"Is that Eric!! Wow!! He is SO tall!!" a third chimed in, before adding, "I always wanted him to be a guest judge; maybe this season?"

Simon's supporters are always happy to get a glimpse at the growing grade-schooler, as the British star sometimes shares images of time spent with his little one.

The American Idol alum shares his only child with fianceé, Lauren Silverman, who also has an older son from a previous marriage.

Cowell returns for Season 19 of America's Got Talent alongside Sofia Vergara, Heidi Klum, Howie Mandel, and Terry Crews on Tuesday, May 28 at 8/7c on NBC.
