Fans Call Martha Stewart the 'Master of Thanksgiving' for 'Juicy and Crispy' Turkey Hack

Martha Stewart may not have hosted her own Thanksgiving dinner this year, but she still has a lot of wisdom to share with her followers.

The entrepreneur and lifestyle guru—who recently called off her own Thanksgiving day gathering as a result of being "turkey'd out"—has let fans in on one of her tricks of the trade for getting a perfectly cooked bird.

As seen in a new post shared to Instagram on Friday, Nov. 24, Stewart, 82, explained how to prepare a turkey using the "en papillote" method, a way of wrapping the turkey in parchment before you cook it.

"How to butter and wrap a turkey for the 'en papillote' method," the cookbook author started out her post, which included several photo examples of how to master the technique.

"Enclosing the stuffed bird in an envelope of parchment produces a juicy and crispy skinned result," she added.

Even though Stewart didn't include a photo of her finished turkey—much to the frustration of some of her followers—plenty of fans were still grateful for the tip, which she already shared earlier this week during an appearance on the Today show.

"Your pie crust, trussing the turkey, and other things have been my touchstones for the holidays and other cooking for years now… I’m deeply grateful," one of her followers wrote under Friday's Instagram post, while another person dubbed Stewart "The Master of Thanksgiving."

"Always be innovating, Martha!" another supporter chimed in.

Others, however, wished that Stewart shared her genius turkey hack just one day earlier, instead of the morning after Thanksgiving, when most people have already eaten their turkeys.

But that just gives her followers all the more reason to try this hack for their Christmas birds!
