Families flock to Kent haunts for Family Friendly Halloween event

Ghouls and goblins flocked to downtown Kent Friday evening for Main Street Kent's Family Friendly Halloween event. The event included trick-or-treat at the Hometown Bank Plaza and at downtown businesses. More than 30 businesses, plus city services, participated in the event.

City-wide trick-or-treat took place from 3-5 p.m. Sunday.
