Much like the candid photos you had no idea were being taken on your 21st birthday, The Bachelor officially came back to haunt you earlier this year. And this past season, a new unsuspecting victim was out here “finding love,” by which we mean fame, potentially some lucrative sponsorship opportunities, and then romance: Joey Graziadei. In case you missed him on Charity Lawson’s season of The Bachelorette, Joey plays tennis, which means producers added a buncha tennis-themed puns (and even a tennis-themed group date!) throughout his season—not to mention the random appearance of racquets for no reason whatsoever:

Daisy’s Parents Have Been Together Forever

Minnesota-based account executive Daisy is “ready to find the one” and is fully inspired by her parents’ relationship. As ABC’s bio writer (stay strong, babe 🙏🙏🙏) notes, “She comes from a big, loving family, and her parents’ 30-plus-year marriage has been the blueprint for the kind of love she wants for herself.”

Daisy Is a Hearing Loss Advocate

As Daisy’s Instagram bio notes, she has “profound hearing loss” and uses a cochlear implant. She also works closely with Hear Your Heart, a nonprofit that “raises money to fund research for hearing loss and offer financial assistance to those who are equipped with hearing devices.”

Daisy revealed she began losing her hearing at age 17 due to Lyme disease, but noted, “I’ve learned how to turn something really difficult into something positive. My life is so full and I’m so happy, but I want that person to spend it with.”

Per ABC, “Daisy has been through a lot in life and is ready for a man that will truly put her first. She’s looking for a partner who is loyal, adventurous and family oriented and will be there for her no matter what.”

She Has Something Major in Common With Taylor Swift

Daisy fully grew up on a Christmas tree farm, everyone. So obviously, a quick break for this is fully warranted:

Daisy Dreams of Being a Best-Selling Author

Actually—scratch that—she already is! Daisy wrote and published what appears to be a sweet and inspiring book about a “child’s perseverance in the face of hearing loss.”

“A lot of emotions behind this story as I know what it’s like to have something that makes you feel ‘different,’” she explained on Instagram. “I wanted to create something to help kids, parents, doctors who are going through any medical process & show them the beauty in embracing what makes you unique.”

She’s Suuuuuper Into Joey

Like, to the point where people are saying she potentially spoiled the season based on this video:

Either way, her friends are incredibly supportive of her Bachelor journey and even flew in from all over the country to celebrate the premiere with her:

Soooo, how far does Daisy make it?

Despite spoiler sleuth Reality Steve first reporting that “Joey and Daisy got engaged in Tulum, Mexico,” she actually wound up coming in second!

Yep, in an insane twist of events in February 2024, Bachelor fans realized that Joey and Kelsey A. had seemingly started filming social media content from the same place, which naturally led them to spiral.

Reality Steve then entered the chat and revealed that his initial prediction of Joey proposing to Daisy was incorrect. “Joey is engaged to Kelsey A. and has been since filming ended,” the blogger wrote. “The spoiler was just wrong. He had never picked Daisy and he’s been with Kelsey the whole time. And that was confirmed when those pics got out last Tuesday night of Kelsey shooting a TikTok in the backyard of a Happy Couple house.”

As for Daisy, Steve revealed that there was an “unprecedented” ending for her and Joey's love story. “After Daisy’s last date with Joey, she realizes it’s not her,” Steve dished. “So she goes to Kelsey’s room and essentially tells her 'it’s not me, it’s you, and I’m gonna tell him that tomorrow.'”

But dw—she ended up getting her happy ending because...

She’s in a New Relationship!!!

We'll give you a sec to actively recover. 🥺❤️ According to the former Bachelor contestant herself, she's in a relationship with her former ex-boyfriend Thor Herbst, whom she met in college and first began seeing around four years ago.

“We didn't date for very long, but we were always really good friends after,” Daisy shared on the May 13 episode of the Scrubbing In with Becca Tilley & Tanya Rad podcast. “And our whole college friend group is super close. And then it just happened the way it happened.”

“He broke up with me,” Daisy continued to recount before adding, “We just weren't at a place to have a relationship, and I think at the time we were both just very college and just wanted to have fun. So, it was the best thing for both of us.”

Apparently, Thor decided to reach out to his ex once the show finished airing, though: “It wasn't until after the show that we decided to give it a go. And we're giving it a go, and it's going good.”

As for what her ~vibes~ about the rediscovered romance?

“I know it feels like a big deal to everybody else, but to me, it doesn't feel like a really big deal,” she confessed. “I've known him for so long. He's always been a good friend of mine. I had dated other people in between, too–like before the show. And then went on the show, and the show's been done for a while. But I don't think people always understand, like, the show's over, it didn't work out for me. So why should I not live my life and date people and experience things?”

Obsessed with this outlook!
