East Tennessee is full of great people doing good things for each other. We want to recognize those people, and we need your help! Tell us about the random acts of kindness you see: The good things others do, the things you appreciate, the things that make your day.

Maybe someone stopped to help you change a flat tire or helped you chase a runaway dog. Tell us in 75 words or less how someone made a difference in your life this year.
