Exclusive ‘Pain Hustlers’ Clip Teases Emily Blunt’s Southern Accent & Catherine O’Hara’s New Hair

As if we needed another reason to add Pain Hustlers to our streaming queue.

PureWow just obtained an exclusive clip from the upcoming Netflix film (premiering on October 27), and it looks even juicier than expected.

Pain Hustlers stars Emily Blunt as a single mom named Liza Drake, who’s trying to make ends meet after losing her job. She’s so desperate for money, she agrees to work for a charming pharmaceutical sales rep, Pete Brenner (played by Chris Evans). The new job seems like a good opportunity for Liza, but when the business starts to fail, she’s forced to take questionable measures.

The exclusive clip (see above) offers a never-before-seen glimpse of Liza’s struggle. After her car is towed, she begrudgingly calls Pete to ask if his job offer still stands.

“You know, I’m just calling about the offer of employment that you offered yesterday,” Blunt says in a spot-on Southern accent.

After the call, Catherine O’Hara (Schitt’s Creek) walks through the door and hands Liza a set of car keys. “You’re going to get through this,” she says.

Blunt, Evans and O’Hara aren’t the only familiar faces who star in Pain Hustlers. Other cast members include Andy García (Father of the Bride), Brian d'Arcy (The Cathedral), Jay Duplass (Togetherness) and Hillary Harley (The Vampire Diaries). Pain Hustlers is directed by Harry Potter mastermind, David Yates.

Come October 27, you know where to find us.
