Walmart always seems to be one step ahead of the competition. Think what you want about the retail chain, but it truly does have it all. From homeware to kitchen supplies to groceries, and everything in between, one stop in Walmart and you’ve checked off your entire list. And that’s not even mentioning the Walmart-exclusive products you can only find at the store.

It seems like every major brand and celebrity has a partnership with Walmart. Exclusive Hostess snacks, Travis Kelce’s deli meal line, Taco Bell Crunchwraps? You can only find them at Walmart.

Next week, the brand is leaning into its exclusivity by hosting an Early Access event for customers to get their hands on new products dropping at Walmart. However, there’s a catch: you have to be a Walmart+ member to partake. Sometimes, it really does pay to pay for a grocery membership.

Walmart+ April Early Access Event

If you have a Walmart+ membership, beginning April 29 at 12 p.m. EST, you’ll have early access to limited-edition, limited-quantity, and Walmart-exclusive products for 24 hours on Walmart’s site. The products range from desserts to baking mixes to soups to soda, so there’s something for every shopper.

While there are many products to choose from, we’re most excited about the Oreos coming to Walmart. And, no, it’s not the new Sour Patch Kids Oreo (that one’s already there). During the Early Access Event, Walmart+ customers can get their hands on Oreo Celebrations Fudge-Covered Cookies, OREOiD Celebrations Red & White Drizzled Brown Fudge, and OREOiD Celebrations White Drizzled Brown Fudge Covered Cookies.

Oreo Celebrations are different than the Fudge Covered Oreos you can always buy at Walmart. Traditional Fudge Covered Oreos are simply a regular Oreo cookie coated in chocolate fudge. While the Celebrations are a Double Stuf Oreo cookie coated with either chocolate or white chocolate fudge and drizzled with extra chocolate. They’re much more decadent—and can be more festive thanks to the colorful chocolate drizzle (hence the “celebration”).

During the Early Access event, Walmart+ customers can score a six-count box of the three Oreo Celebrations fudgy cookies in multiple colors for $19.59. Normally, you’d only find these boxes on Oreo’s site, where they’d cost $19.99 plus shipping—so Walmart+ customers are getting a pretty good deal thanks to their free shipping perk.

In addition to the Oreo Celebrations, Walmart+ members can shop for more unique items, including:

  • Campbell's Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup: $1.72

  • Chips Ahoy! S’mores: $4.28

  • Cheetos Mac'N Cheese Pasta with Flavored Sauce Flamin' Hot: $4.84

  • Chips Ahoy! MMMProved Keke Palmer fan box: $4.98

  • McCormick Grill Mates Max's Chimi Churri Seasoning: $5.62

  • Mermaid, Unicorn, and Cotton Candy Skinny Syrups: $6.98

  • The Original Donut Shop Strawberry Acai Refresher: $6.98

  • Cinnamon Toast Crunch and TXT Photocard Cereal Box: $9.34

  • Poppi Prebiotic Soda in Lemon Lime, Doc Pop, or Root Beer flavors: $23.90

  • Dolly Parton’s Rockin’ New Baking Collection: $39.97

The exclusive event runs from April 29 at 12 p.m. EST to April 30 at 12 p.m. EST on Walmart’s site. To participate, you’ll need to log in to your Walmart+ account or sign up for the membership. You can start with a 30-day free trial, which you can cancel anytime, and then you will be charged $98 per year for the membership.

Walmart+ memberships get you free shipping with no order minimum, free store delivery on purchases of $35 or more, mobile scan and go, hassle-free returns, and more. Plus, Walmart hosts multiple Early Access sales for its paid members throughout the year—including on Black Friday.

Because it is an Early Access sale, most of these items will become available to all Walmart customers after April 30 as long as supplies last. However, a few of the products are limited-release, so they might not make it past the first 24 hours.

Walmart+ member or not, it’s worth perusing the site in case you find a new, exclusive item you want to try.
