Ex-EastEnders star Maisie Smith shares first look at new movie
Former EastEnders star Maisie Smith has given fans a first look at her upcoming movie Bermondsey Tales: Fall Of The Roman Empire.
In April, it was confirmed that the actress would be playing one of the lead roles in the gangster movie alongside Alan Ford and Adam Deacon. The film tells the story of a South London crime family who start fighting with each other after the group's leader dies, contrasting the family's situation with that of The Roman Empire.
Filming has already wrapped on the movie, with Maisie sharing some behind-the-scenes images from set.
"Feels so good to be back doing what I love most," she wrote in a post on her Instagram account.

"Some bts of shooting 'Bermondsey Tales: Fall of the Roman Empire' with this amazing bunch," she added.
The actress' post included an image of her script, as well as several photos of the set and her fellow castmates, including former Hollyoaks actor Charlie Clapham.
"Bravo @maisiesmithofficial was a pleasure dancin' with ya!" he commented under the post.

Maisie's boyfriend, The Wanted singer Max George, also congratulated the actress on her work, commenting: "So proud of you my darl xx."
The actress previously shared that she and Max had moved in together, after confirming their relationship last September.
"Me and Max are basically the same person," she told OK! Magazine when asked about how life is living together.
"We'll both see a bit of tissue on the floor, I won't pick it up, he won't pick it up and eventually it's been a week and neither of us have picked it up. We laugh about it all the time."
