Evolve Health opens first central Ohio pediatric office
Central Ohio’s first Evolve Health office in Dublin is providing pediatric care to children and teenagers.
Located at 5050 Blazer Pkwy., Suite 201, Evolve Health is a subsidiary of AssureHealth, providing same-day office visits both in-person and virtually for newborns, children and adolescents up to the age of 18.
The Dublin office is the first Evolve Health in central Ohio and began taking patients in December 2021 but waited until June to make a public announcement and grand opening, according to Anne Flanery, director of marketing and communications for Evolve Health.
Attention to the mental health, as well as the physical health of patients is what sets Evolve Health apart from other providers, according to Bill Stith, president of Evolve Health.
“We offer a different approach to health care that sets us apart from other providers in the area. We are focused on our patients’ total health and place equal importance on their physical health and mental health. We know that the body is a system, and everything is linked. Treatment should be too,” Stith said in a press release announcing the opening of the pediatric office.
“We are excited to serve the Dublin and surrounding communities,” he said.
Leading the Dublin pediatrics office is Dr. Misha Yajnik.
“I’m a firm believer in wrap-around services for families. My role is to care for my patients and their families. If I can make one thing easier for parents, I consider that a success,” Yajnik said.
Evolve Health is leasing the office at Blazer Parkway and is but one tenant in the building, Flanery said.
Evolve Health is a subsidiary of AssureHealth, a provider of technology solutions to pharmacies, but an interest in expanding the footprint into the health care delivery business led to the founding of Evolve Health, according to Flanery.
“Evolve Health aims to deliver an enhanced experience to patients and providers alike by drawing on technology to remove barriers and improve the health care experience as a whole,” Flanery said.
City officials say the office should enhance the quality of life for Dublin residents.
“Dublin is excited to welcome Evolve Health to the city. Evolve Health will ensure our residents receive the care they need and deserve. Patient-centered, personalized care has always been the gold standard, but now it takes center stage as we emerge from the pandemic,” said Andrew Kohn, public affairs officer for Dublin.
Evolve Health pediatrics provides well visits, sick visits, vaccines, flu and COVID-19 testing, nutrition counseling, parenting strategies and mental health counseling.
