Camila Mendes and Boyfriend Rudy Mancuso Attend Miami Premiere of 'Musica'

Camila Mendes is in a two-year-long relationship with Rudy Mancuso. They went public with their romance in November 2022 and have been dating ever since.
The Riverdale actress previously dated her costar, Charles Melton, on and off from 2018 to 2022. The last time Mancuso was last in a long-term relationship was with actress Maia Mitchell. They dated for a total of six years before breaking up in early 2022.

Mancuso got his start on Vine in 2013, and joined the YouTube community in 2016. He is most known for his comedic skits, and for voicing several of the characters on his YouTube series, Awkward Puppets.
Mancuso is a musician who taught himself how to play the piano as a very young child. “My parents say I walked over to the piano when I was just about 5 and started playing. I think it made sense to me,” he told Billboard.
In 2017, Mancuso joined Justin Bieber for the Brazil portion of his Purpose World Tour, where he served as the opening act. That year, he also also released his first single, “Black & White” featuring Poo Bear. In 2018, he put out three more songs: “Magic” with Maia Mitchell, “Mama,” and “Lento.” In 2019, he released “Circle of Love” and “I Think I’m Cool.” The following year, Mancuso dropped his debut album, bored at home. Each song on the record is named after a day of the week.
Mancuso has also directed several music videos. In 2018, he directed the video for his song “Mama.”
That same year, he also directed the music video for Lele Pons’ debut single, “Celoso.”
Mancuso has also been in several series and movies, most notably The Flash in 2023, and Música, the upcoming coming-of-age romantic comedy that doubles as his directorial debut. Mancuso also composed the film’s original score and soundtrack. The movie will be released in April 2024.
Not only is Mancuso an internet personality, a musician, and an actor, but he has also tried his hand at modeling. In June 2017, Mancuso walked for Dolce & Gabbana’s spring/summer 2018 show at Paris Fashion Week.
Mancuso is 32 years old.
Mancuso was born on February 28, 1992. His first name is actually Rodolfo, and he is a Pisces. Mendes, 29, was born on June 29, 1994, making her a cancer. According to the AstroTwins, ELLE’s resident astrologers, the two are highly compatible.

Mendes also stars in Música, the forthcoming film that Mancuso directed and acted in. The couple initially met over Zoom, before finally meeting in person on set. “I’m beyond excited to have the wildly gifted mind of Camila join this special journey of Música where we’re telling an authentic Brazilian-American story through the eyes of a synesthete,” Mancuso told Deadline before they got together.
Per IMDb, the movie is “a coming-of-age love story that follows an aspiring creator with synesthesia, who must come to terms with an uncertain future, while navigating the pressures of love, family, and his Brazilian culture in Newark, New Jersey.” It takes inspiration from Mancuso’s own life.
In February 2024, Mendes opened up to People about becoming more than friends with her costar.
“I obviously had a little crush, but I didn’t know if it was just a work crush or if it was real,” she shared. “And when I met him in person, it became very clear to me that it was real.”
Mendes discreetly revealed her relationship with Mancuso in November 2022.
On November 8, 2022, Mendes posted a photo dump to her Instagram, sneaking in two pictures of Mancuso into the carousel. In the first photo, his face is covered by a dog jumping up to play with him—but eagle-eyed followers noticed some tattoos on his arm that gave away his identity. The second picture was a mirror selfie that Mendes took in the reflection of a glass door. They were standing by the pool, and Mancuso had his arms around her waist as he planted a kiss on her cheek.
In July 2023, Mancuso and Mendes celebrated their one year anniversary.
On July 10, 2023, Mendes posted an intimate photo of her and Mancuso in honor of their one year anniversary.
“Always in our own little world 💭 te amo so much. one year down, and many more to go 🤞🏽,” she captioned the post.
“Amoooooooooor,” Mancuso commented.
Mendes has posted Mancuso every Valentine’s Day since they got together.
For their first Valentine’s Day together, Mendes posted a photo of her kissing Mancuso.
“Meu valentine. te amo so much 💌,” she wrote in the caption.
The next year, Mendes shared two black and white photos of them kissing each other on the cheek. She wrote him a note in the caption:
“My valentine 🌹 as soon as he wrapped música, he flew all the way to the UK to support me while filming upgraded. edited all of música remotely from our little hotel room in leeds. visited me on set almost every day just to give me a kiss and watch me do my thing. i love you @rudymancuso thanks for showing up in the most meaningful ways. lucky to be your valentine 💌.”
The couple attended a screening of Música in Miami on March 27.
For the special screening, the Riverdale star wore a sleeveless white gown with brown pumps and had her hair pulled back from her face. By her side was Mancuso, wearing a pink button shirt over a white T-shirt and black pants.
He told Entertainment Weekly, “I met Cami on the film, and of course it was a dream come true. She ticked every single box that I could possibly tick for this character.”
He continued, “She's Brazilian American, she's beautiful, she's immensely talented, and she really connected and personalized Isabella, her character, which was amazing because as we were shooting, our characters were having conversations that her and I were having conversations about in real life, so the lines would often blur between Rudy and Isabella and Rudy and Camila because of how personalized it was. Rudy and Isabella's connection translated to real life.”
He went on to gush about his girlfriend more.
“Cami is a very skilled, trained actor, has been doing this for years, so I was worried. ‘Will there be chemistry? If there isn't chemistry, am I good enough an actor to compensate for the lack of chemistry?’” he asked, but found that she “was such an incredible collaborator.”
“She also produced the film, and she made it better,” he said.
