The awards took place at the Cines Callao in Madrid, and other celebrities in attendance included Elle Macpherson, Alexa Chung, actress Juana Acosta and Spanish singer Edurne, among others. Longoria was named Latin Icon at the event, and she's been similarly honored recently by the National Hispanic Media Coalition (NHMC), receiving the Icon Impact Award on Oct. 27.

Recently, Longoria debuted an edgy new look at the Glamour Magazine's 2023 Women of the Year event, with the actress pairing a red lip with a blunt, shoulder-length bob. She also showed off her fashion sense with another stunning look, as the 48-year-old shined in a sequined silver long-sleeved dress.

Now that the SAG-AFTRA strike has ended, Longoria is promoting her new film Flamin' Hot, which she directed. The movie tells the story of Richard Montañez, played by Jesse Garcia in the film, who claims to have invented Flamin' Hot Cheetos.

Also starring in Flamin' Hot are Annie GonzalezEmilio Rivera, Dennis Haysbert, Tony Shalhoub, Matt Walsh, and more, and it was released on June 9 on both Hulu and Disney+.

Longoria recently did a Q&A at a film screening, with Taika Waititi serving as moderator, and the director shared photos and videos from the event on Instagram.

She wrote, "Another amazing screening of @flaminhotmovie last night! Thank you @academymuseum for hosting and @taikawaititi for moderating a beautiful conversation about the making of this very special film! #ItBurnsGood 🔥."

Friends and fans cheered her on in the comments, commending Longoria on the film and her hard work.
