Eva Longoria, 48, Is Toned All Over As She Frees The Nipple In PFW IG Pics 🔥

Eva Longoria knows how to turn heads with her fashion choices. I mean, just tune into an episode of Desperate Housewives, and you'll quickly find out how much range that woman has.

It’s no surprise, then, that the 48-year-old actress was absolutely stunning the crowd when she walked the runway for L'Oréal Paris at Fashion Week. Eva wore a see-through dress and was toned all over in her Instagram photos. Between the flowing white fabric, her strong, toned arms and legs, and a free-the-nipple moment, this might be her best look yet.

But this occasion was iconic in more ways than one. It was also a historic show because it took place right beneath the Eiffel Tower. Per Eva, L'Oréal Paris is the first brand to make use of the coveted space beneath the landmark.

Naturally, the IG post was a hit with her followers. “You looked sensational 🔥🔥🔥🔥,” wrote makeup artist Val Garden. “OH MY GAWD!!!!” wrote another person, and I’d have to agree.

If you’re wondering what the The Young and the Restless alum does to stay so strong, you’re in luck because Eva loves to share her favorite workouts with her Instagram followers. In a recent strength training workout, she did tons of different moves.

Eva crushed squats, resistance band leg exercises, sled pushes, and even some walking squats. “No pain, no gain,” she captioned the IG video, which definitely explains those ripped legs:

It's pretty clear that working out is important to Eva. She also recently dropped a cute pic of herself on Instagram in Alo workout gear, walking down some stairs. "Habit is what keeps you going 💪🏽," she captioned the photo. "Let’s goooo!"

Eva also previously told Women’s Health in 2022 that she works out for an hour each day. She uses the time as a sort of meditation, where she can zone out and focus on her body. “I really work out for my mental health,” she said. Hear that!

When it comes to staying fueled, Eva told WH she likes intermittent fasting and only eats between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. She starts her day with black coffee and a breakfast burrito with egg whites, avocado, and refried beans on tortillas.

For lunch, Eva opts for a protein, like steak, fish, or chicken with veggies. Dinner is usually a nice hearty soup.
