Euphoria's Hunter Schafer addresses season 3 delay
Euphoria star Hunter Schafer has spoken about the third season of the HBO teen drama, amid lengthy filming delays.
Speaking to Variety at the GQ Global Creativity Awards, the actor revealed that she is really missing her co-stars, adding that she is "really excited" to get back to filming when the time comes.
"I just really miss everybody. Everyone is doing very well in their careers right now," Schafer said.
She continued: "Everyone's kind of blown up, and so with that comes people traveling a lot. Whatever happens, I'm just excited to get back together once it's time and catch up and hang out."

When asked what she thought her character had been up to in the time since season two's February 2022 finale, the actor added that she hoped Jules had gotten some time to "chill out" and be a normal teenager.
"The past two seasons have been pretty rough on Jules," she said. "So I just hope she's gotten to chill out and be a regular teenage girl."
Doubts were cast on the future of Euphoria last month after Variety received official confirmation that filming for the third season had been delayed due to the busy schedules of its superstar cast.
"HBO and Sam Levinson remain committed to making an exceptional third season," a HBO spokesperson told Variety. "In the interim, we are allowing our in-demand cast to pursue other opportunities."

This isn't the first time that season three of Euphoria has run into filming difficulties either, with the now-ended Hollywood strikes and the passing of Fezco actor Angus Cloud last year both seeing the show put on hold.
Despite the lengthy delays, Schafer isn't the only Euphoria star excited to begin filming again, with co-star Sydney Sweeney revealing her excitement to begin filming during a press tour for her new film Immaculate.
"It's like home when I go back to it. I like it," she told MTV, adding that she expected production to begin soon. "I'm excited. It's like family."
Euphoria airs on HBO in the US and on NOW and Sky Atlantic in the UK.
