Erick All to Bengals in NFL draft. Instant grade, analysis, stats for 115th pick

The Cincinnati Bengals added Iowa tight end Erick All, a Fairfield alum, with pick No. 115 in Round 4 of the 2024 NFL draft. All, who played for Michigan and Iowa in college, suffered a torn ACL in October 2023. All averaged 11.5 yards per catch in college and had 75 receptions for 864 yards and five touchdowns.

Erick All to Bengals NFL draft grade: Instant reaction

Grade: B-

Why: You can't go wrong with an Iowa tight end, right? But maybe the Bengals reached a bit here. NFL.com's Lance Zierlein projected All to go in the fifth or sixth round with the chance to compete for a TE3 position. The main reason being All's medical history and the fact he's only played in 10 games the past two seasons.

However, we love our high school football in Cincinnati and bringing a local product home who checks all the boxes for character and leadership while also having a high ceiling keep this pick in the B range.
