Garth Brooks shares rare photo of 22-year-old daughter Allie Colleen

Garth Brooks is showing support for his 22-year-old daughter, Allie Colleen, who's in the process of launching her own music career. The country star posted a black-and-white snapshot of Allie standing in-between him and his wife, Trisha Yearwood.

Brooks is the father of three daughters, all born in the 1990s. His relationship with college sweetheart Sandy Mahl ended in 2001 after fifteen years of marriage.

"What a beautiful voice on your grandmother's birthday," Brooks gushed. "Perfect. I love you!!"

Brooks and Yearwood first met in 1987, just one year after he married Mahl. "I felt that feeling like when you just meet your wife," he would tell Ellen DeGeneres years later — but despite those apparent instant sparks, he and Mahl remained married. Yearwood was also married; she would divorce her first husband and re-marry her second in the '90s.

After their respective divorces, Brooks and Yearbook went public with a relationship in the early 2000s and wed in 2005.

Of being a stepmother, Yearwood said in 2017, "I have to say that now as these girls have grown—they’re adults now on their own—it’s been a part of my life that I would have never would have even known to dream about and it’s been so rewarding to get to be a part of this family."
