'Empire State of Mind' comes to life in Times Square thanks to Jay-Z and Alicia Keys
Honestly, what could be more New York than watching Jay-Z and Alicia Keys perform "Empire State of Mind" in the middle of Times Square? Nothing, the answer is nothing.

That's exactly what happened Sunday night as the two performed the 2010 smash hit ahead of Keys' new album release, "Here," on November 4. Fans and tourists alike were able to bask in the greatness of J and Alicia...even New Yorkers knew that a performance like this was worth paying a visit to Times Square.

Keys also performed alongside Nas, John Mayer and Questlove and dropped a beautiful cover of John Lennon's "Imagine."
