Emmerdale unveils violent new storyline as Kim and Will take revenge
Emmerdale spoilers follow.
Emmerdale newlyweds Kim Tate and Will Taylor are set to take violent revenge in order to protect their family.
Will's daughter Dawn and her partner Billy Fletcher will face the prospect of being homeless after learning that the money from Harriet Finch's will isn’t enough to keep their house.
The couple then form a plan to buy Woodbine for themselves until Dawn's ex Alex threatens to take his daughter Clemmie away from them if he doesn’t get Harriet’s money.
Dawn and Billy have been raising Clemmie, who is the half-sister of Dawn's son Lucas and the daughter of her late friend Beth.
The next day, as everyone sets off for Harriet’s funeral, Dawn’s anxious about Alex’s threats and is worried she can't keep her promise to Clemmie that they'll stay together, but her family vow to fight her corner.
Will then takes matters into his own hands and roughs up Alex, demanding that he leaves Dawn alone. But as Kim baits Alex to her car with the temptation of the money he’s after, he’s bundled into their car boot.
Kim and Will then tie up Alex in Home Farm stables and try to negotiate a cheaper payoff. As they leave, fearful Alex is left to stew on the decision.
At The Hide, Will tries to tell Billy about Alex but Kim heads over to shut it down. Instead, they urge Billy not to act on his aggression towards Alex as Kim vows to keep her family safe.
Later, when a furious Will prepares to beat down Alex, Kim is impressed with his bravado.
After pummelling a bloodied Alex, Will composes himself but Alex remains steadfast about his demands.
The couple then decide to leave him to suffer overnight.
Emmerdale airs on weeknights at 7.30pm on ITV, and streams on the ITV Hub.
